Lorien Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

MISSION:
Create access to art opportunities for under-resourced youth.

We accomplish this mission by partnering with Title 1 middle and high schools in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system to start and/or support extracurricular arts programming (a.k.a after-school “Clubs”).

VISION:
Every Title 1 middle and high school in Charlotte is able to provide its students with plentiful and diverse high-quality after-school art opportunities, so that every student has the chance to discover and develop their creativity as well as their artistic skills and interests.
